Current Openings:
- Supervises public ice skating sessions to ensure compliance with Pavilion rules and procedures; provides exceptional internal and external customer service
- Distributes and collects skates before and after public ice skating sessions
- Assists with general cleaning of facility
- Monitors Bounce House activities to ensure guest safety
- Provides minor first aid assistance as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous customer service and ice skating experience preferred. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
- Greets and assists guests; provides exceptional internal and external customer service
- Operates Pavilion concessions
- Hosts all aspects of Pavilion birthday parties
- Monitors Bounce House activities to ensure guest safety
- Operates Pavilion front counter; answers phone calls and guest inquires and completes transactions
- Provides minor first aid assistance as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Previous customer service and ice skating experience preferred. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
- Provides overall facility supervision; includes opening, closing, and securing facility at appropriate times
- Ensures compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures
- Supervises all admissions, concessions, operations, party host, Bounce House, and skate guard staff during shift
- Meets admissions needs and operates the Zamboni as requested (training provided)
- Ensures compliance with operational regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of safety as directed by management
- Provides first aid assistance as needed
- Provides exceptional internal and external customer service
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires two years of relevant work and supervisory experience, HS diploma (or equivalent), and valid state driver’s license. Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training.
- Operates the Zamboni machine to maintain the ice rink surface
- Inspects the Zamboni machine daily for proper working condition; requests maintenance or repairs as needed
- Assists with front counter/operations and general cleaning of facility
- Monitors skating activities as assigned, and ensures compliance with Pavilion rules and regulations
- Provides minor first aid assistance as needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Requires HS diploma (or equivalent) and valid state driver’s license. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Training. Previous experience operating heavy equipment /tractors etc. is beneficial.
